YOU. GUYS. I absolutely adore the combination of Leigh Ann’s “gypsy soul” with Ed’s grounded personality and how well this two compliment each other. Fun fact: their first date was in a tiny dive bar, and it took NINE MONTHS for them to see each other again. When their relationship first started, Leigh Ann kept thinking “when the heck is this guy going to kiss me” (their first kiss story is one of my favorites! You have to go hear for yourself!). Then, Leigh Ann wondered “when the heck is he going to say ‘I love you’??”

Guys, it took about a year for the official “I love you”. My favorite part about this this story is the fact that Leigh Ann, being the incredible strong woman she is, said “I love you” first. You will never believe Ed’s response. (Like jaw. drop.)

Leigh Ann had a lot of those “holy crap! Is this the moment that Ed is going to ask me to marry him?” moments, but Ed’s perfectly planned proposal after a broadway performance of The Phantom of the Opera was SO worth the wait!

When. I asked them what their memories were from their wedding day, the word that kept coming up was “complete”. These two soaked up every moment of their wedding day and truly loved being surrounded by their most important people, I am so excited to share with you the tears, the laughter, and ALL. THE. FEELS.
